Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using Sagemeet ("the Service", "we", "us", or "our"), consisting of our Telegram Bot and related scheduling integration.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or using our Service (including connecting your Google Calendar to our Telegram Bot), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Sagemeet is an AI-powered meeting scheduler that allows users to find optimal meeting times and book Google Calendar events. To utilize the Service, users must connect their Google Calendar accounts via OAuth 2.0. The Service reads free/busy schedules of participants to locate open slots and creates calendar events with Google Meet links.

3. User Responsibilities

You must use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Telegram account and authorization links.
You must not use the Service to spam or schedule unwanted calendar events for other users.

4. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will correctly find availability in all edge cases. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and without notice. You can terminate your account at any time by disconnecting your Google Calendar via the bot commands or by deleting the bot chat.
